The article presents a complex pavement management system method that utilizes novel optimization of rehabilitation plans for individual road sections based on asset value optimization. This is being implemented and tested by the Slovak Road Administration. performance-based objectives are Socio-Economic Value Technical Assets, which breaks down into Structural Condition Operational Capacity Value. Life cycle cost analysis used to find optimal year optimize minimize financial economic costs while considering life extension provided in given year. For be reliable, two main preconditions need met. First, residual bearing capacity calculation needs rheological parameters surfacing materials. significant because both choosing correct technology calculating action. second precondition reliable performance model. deterioration calculate user costs, serve as key input assets’ value.
